Geilston is a diverse 10 acre garden, intimate and tranquil but packed with a variety of horticultural delights.

The ornamental walled garden has wonderful spring displays of azaleas, and a long traditional herbaceous border. While the magical woodland garden has a waterfall, bridges over the burn, and mossy paths winding through beautiful shrubs. Be sure to visit in spring, when the woods are carpeted with bluebells and wood anemones.

Quirky surprises await around every corner: discover the marriage well, the cherub birdbath and the dipping tank. The restored Mackenzie & Moncur glasshouse and unique potting shed with a secret window overlooking the Geilston Burn are also not to be missed.

A huge productive kitchen garden provides inspiration for home growers; with a wide variety of vegetables and soft fruit are on sale from July to October.
