Crawick Multiverse
Crawick Multiverse is a 55-acre art land designed by the late Charles Jencks. It is based near Sanquhar in Dumfries and Galloway and is perfect for days out, nights away, group outings and outdoor events. It is a four-star visitor attraction and has been designated by Historic Environment Scotland as a significant modern designed landscape, on what was once an open-cast coal mine. It is dog-friendly and there is ample car-parking on site. It is steep in parts with a mixed terrain, so wear appropriate shoes and come prepared for the weather. Toilets and visitor service facilities are accessible, but the site is only partially accessible to those in a wheelchair or with restricted mobility. Vehicle access onto the site can be arranged by calling in advance.
