Crarae Garden
This exotic splash of wilderness is a proper Himalayan glen, set in the gentle hills of Argyll. Crarae was first created in 1912 and the garden is a living museum of late Edwardian tastes. The sparkling waters of the Crarae Burn form the centrepiece for a woody paradise of rocky gorges, wooden bridges and thickets of trees, blending with sprays of flowers.
