Castle Fraser is a fabulous place to soak up the atmosphere of old Scotland as it stands as one of the largest tower houses in the country.

Regeneration work has kept the walled garden alive, and a woodland garden with trees and rhododendrons gives seasonal colour.

Take a walk to the orchard, stroll by the pond and see the Woodland Secrets play area - perfect for the little ones.
